Excellent, professional, always polite

I would just like to give a 5star review for Drivestyle truck & van Ltd . It’s the first time Ive ever bought a car/van online without actually giving it a look over & test drive. Dean is a trustworthy salesman , from my side , giving him a list to check on the Ford custom van, then from his side , sending me a video walk about of the van ,& 100% feed back on all aspects of the sale . 4 new tyres , Full service , cam belt replaced & an after sale communication . The reassurance & professionalism a customer requires . I’d definitely buy another vehicle again.

The service I received was 100%very helpful nothing was a problem from viewing my vehicle to a week later picking it up the whole process was fantastic I was more than happy with the way Dean felt with everything.

Brilliant service had all the answers to every question I asked. Went into all the details about the vehicle and not the typical sales person always makes sure your happy and goes that extra mile for you very genuine business and a pleasure to deal with.

The service I had from Dean was exemplary it's the 3rd van I have purchased from Dean and on each occasion his customer care and van description has been spot on . I travel up from Cardiff to collect and all 3 times van has been true to description. I've also recommended to friends in Cardiff and they have purchased vans off Dean aswell.

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Dean and his team. Fantastic customer service and nothing was too much trouble. Made my initial enquiry on the Monday and van was delivered to me on the Thursday. (nearly 200 miles away) Would have no hesitation recommending Drivestyle to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Excellent service from start to finish - would definitely recommend

It was very straightforward, I got a vehicle I am happy with and Dean could not have done more to help me achieve this, in a very short space of time. His assistant (?Nicola) was also very pleasant whilst my wife waited around in the office whilst I was on a test drive and during the vehicle handover.

Excellent service, highly recommend

Absolutely excellent service. We usually purchase from the main dealer and have never before purchased a vehicle without physically seeing it first but thanks to Dean's excellent customer service I am already looking towards another purchase with Drivestyle Truck & Van. The vehicle was 100% as described and I was more than happy when Janny delivered it to my front door. Can't recommend these guys enough. Cheers!
